Gretna Provence is a Self Development Expert and Meditation Instructor.
After finishing high school, Gretna studied pharmacology and graduated as Pharmacist Assistant. She worked for 2 years in a local pharmacy. Then had a successful career of thirty-two years with an international pharmaceutical company, working her way up
from Medical Representative to Sales Manager.
Afterwards, a yearning from within lead her to focus on her personal growth which took her to several places abroad to study about meditation for children and adults.
In 2016, she started her own company called EmEfEX in Curacao, that stands for ‘to empower you, perform more efficiently and expand your awareness’. Nowadays, Gretna gives meditation to children and adults, workshops for corporate setting as well as coaching for individuals, online and in person.
